The group will discuss the December 2023 The Atlantic magazine special issue entitled "To Reconstruct the Nation," which includes a play by Anna Deavere Smith and an essay by David Blight, author of a biography on Frederick Douglass. VITA Free Tax Preparation
Saturdays, January 20 – April 13

VITA (Volunteer Income Tax assistance) will be at the Roslindale Branch Library with free drop-off tax assistance on Saturdays from January 20 through April 13.
- Taxpayers must show Social Security cards and IDs of all adult individuals in the tax return.
- Taxpayers will leave income documents for tax preparation.
- All documents will be returned when the taxpayer comes back to pick up the completed Federal and State tax forms on the following service day. The completed tax return forms can also be emailed to the taxpayer for approval.
- Household income limit is $70,000, J1 Au Pairs, and F1 international students visa holders are eligible.
